    首先,c型钢作为成品存在较大的内应力。在c型钢加工初期,开卷、滚剪、收卷后收卷、平板冷弯后增加内应力。在冷弯加工过程中,其加工方式是机械强制变形,成形后必然存在大量的内应力。冷弯后,虽然有一个修正的过程,但它只是对钢的形状尺寸要准确,消除内应力的影响不大。经过一段时间的贮存,成品的时效变形明显,说明c型钢存在较大的内应力。

    Firstly, as a finished product, C-section steel has large internal stress. In the initial stage of C-section steel processing, the internal stress increases after uncoiling, rolling shear, winding and cold bending. In the process of cold bending, its processing mode is mechanical forced deformation, and there must be a lot of internal stress after forming. After cold bending, although there is a process of correction, it only has an accurate shape and size of steel, and has little effect on eliminating internal stress. After storage for a period of time, the aging deformation of the finished product is obvious, which indicates that there is a large internal stress in C-section steel.
    二是加载前处理使C梁变形较大。由于c型钢在出厂时没有预涂底漆,所以需要在装车前进行喷丸除锈处理。
    Secondly, the pre-loading treatment makes the C-beam deform greatly. Since the C-section steel is not pre-coated with primer when it leaves the factory, shot peening and rust removal are needed before loading.

    三是我国研制的耐候钢虽然力学性能、耐腐蚀性能和焊接性能较好,但冲压性能不如普通碳钢。因此,冷弯时应研究合理的工艺参数,以保证产品质量。

    四是尽快改善新型C梁的技术条件。铁路货车用c型钢应根据各种c型钢的加工、制造、工作条件和变形特点制定相应的技术标准,以适应生产、使用和检验。目前铁路货车检验标准中没有c型钢规范。这在一定程度上阻碍了c型钢在铁路货车上的应用和发展。
